What Does This Blood Report Indicate?
Question: I have pain in Scrotum and abdomen .When I get USG of Whole aboden nothing abnormal is found except bowel loop of large amount of gas .
also blood test shows sgpt level is 133.5 which is abnormal ,rbc count is Slightly low than normal,
Doctor give Bonacide Forte,Alkacitron,Full 365,Gudcef For 10 days .I get Relief in 10 days but after 10 days now pain again started
Can you suggest maedicine or remedies

As per your description, you have pain in Abdomen and scrotum. What did your doctor commented on scrotal pain? Did you get Ultrasound scrotum? If yes, please attach the report.
SGPT level elevation is not of much significance ,if other liver function tests are normal.
Your prescription shows that the pain is due to infection.
In my opinion, you should get an Ultrasound of scrotum, if not taken before and rule out Epididymoorchitis.If it is confirmed, I prescribe Antibiotic like Levofloxacin 250mg twice daily for 5 days, Anti inflammatory tablet twice daily for 5 days.
Please consult your surgeon, get examined clinically and get appropriate prescription.
Nothing to worry. It will come down.

Please tell me the exact location of pain abdomen in relation to bellybutton button.
Gas in the bowel doesn't specify any disease. It is a non specific finding.
The symptoms of abdomen may go in favour of Irritable bowel syndrome. I prescribe Pre and probiotic capsule twice daily for 5 days to my patients.
