Brief Answer:
Will answer one by one.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Welcome to HCM.

I have seen all the investigations report you attached here.

1) Here your SGPT (56.5) and SGOT (43.7) will be considered as a clinically normal despite they are marginally elevated (depending upon the lab variations) and it would have no clinical significance in an otherwise healthy individual.

I would not be personally worried about it since SGPT and SGOT are highly sensitive liver function tests and they might get easily elevated even with fatty meal or mild alcohol intake. So, do not worry about it and possibly avoid fatty foods and alcohol if you take.

You can repeat the tests after 2 weeks on fasting blood sample and most probably they will come within normal limits.

Meanwhile, you may take tab.Udilive 300 mg twice daily for 15 days which is a bile acid, a substance naturally produced by the body and does not have any side effects.

2) Your total cholesterol (249) and triglyceride (285.8) with VLDL (57.16) are high and to reduce them you need to follow these guidelines:

- Avoid direct sugars
- Avoid fried snacks, bakery items
- Have ample of vegetable salads- at least 1 bowlful cut raw vegetables like cucumber, tomato, carrot and vegetables which you can eat raw.
- Avoid soft drinks or hard drinks and smoking cessation.
- Simple Chapati and steamed rice or rotis made up of different whole grains should be your staple diet.
- Skimmed milk and milk items made up of skimmed milk are good to check on cholesterol

3) Your vitamin D (23.3) is low for which you can take vitamin D3 cholecalciferol in sachets or tablet forms 60,000 IU once weekly which will be available over the counter.

The major cause of vitamin D deficiency is lack of proper sun exposure or person remains covered throughout the day.

Apart from medical treatment, you should have adequate sun light exposure preferably in morning hours around 8 AM for minimum 10 to 15 minutes daily to avoid future vitamin D deficiency.

4) Serum TSH (ultrasensitive TSH-9.84) is high which could be indicative of hypothyroidism for which you will need to see physician who may start thyroxine tablets as per your requirement with regular follow-up.

Hope this will help you and let me know if you have more doubts to clear.
