What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Question: Hi Doctor,

My height is 5.10 and weight is 80 Kg. My avg BP is around (135/80).
I have regular back and shoulder ache.
I have patchy & itchy palm skin.

I just had blood test done today and here is my report.
Please suggest proper medication for deficiencies on basis of my reports.
Please ignore the below section:
Medications Tried: Doctor suggested that it is hyperreactive airway disease.

I have gone through your query. Vitamin D deficiency is evident in this report. Changes in cholesterol back ache , shoulder ache itchy and patchy palms all can be explained by this. For this taking vitamin D3 1000 IU daily will be helpful. For initial seven days high doses like 5000 can be taken also. Brands like Nutri D3 or wal D3 0r Uprise D3 is available in XXXXXXX for this.

Are you taking any Iron supplements?

Your B12 levels are also approaching towards lower limit. So you should also take B12 supplements. You can take 500 to 1000 micrograms daily . Initially for 1 month you can go with 1000micrograms.

Your liver enzyme SGPT is increased and globulin is slightly decreased. An ultrasound examination of liver should be done and a consultation with a gastro-enterologist should be taken also.
Do you consume alcohol? If yes how often and how much quantity daily?

Are you taking any Iron supplements?
My Response - No. But please suggest some medicine if needed.

Do you consume alcohol? If yes how often and how much quantity daily?
My Response - Strictly No. I have never taken it.

Please suggest me medicine name (Brand) and dosage with duration for all the above medications.
In Addition to the above query I have one more query -
I have Uprise D3 60K - 12 tablets, can I take them? If yes, then what would be the dosage?

Yes you can take uprise D3.

Uprise D3 60k you can take once weekly for 1 month followed by uprise d3 1000IU daily once continue for 3 months.

Vitamin B12 you can take 1000mcg once daily brands like nature made or vital nutrients or life span can be used. Also should be continued for 3 months.

Iron supplement if you were my patient i would suggest taking dexorange softgels once daily for 3 months.

A follow up check up of blood should be done after 3 months again.

You can approach your GP for prescriptions.

I am from XXXXXXX and I tried finding Vitamin B12 with brands like nature made or vital nutrients or life span and didn't find it any medical store. Please suggest where can I get it or there is any alternative brand?
