Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and since it will take some time to get through the reports I'll get back to you with further necessary assistance, but in the mean time do let me know about following:

1. Since hsCRP is highly elevated. It is a marker for inflammation and nowdays is regarded as high risk factor for heart disease thus:

. Occupation: (sedentary lifestyle,physical inactivity)?
. Presently level for Triglycerides is consider as < 150 mg/dl thus consult the same.
. Any opinion of Cardiologist taken?

2. Liver Function Test and GGT are raised thus one has to exclude liver disease (particularly carcinoma of liver)

3. Blood picture is more of Iron deficiency (check with vitamin B12) to exclude dimorphic anemia.

4. Your serum calcium and vitamin D levels are also low. You will need vitamin D supplement.

Take hygienic food and cleaner water to reduce any infections in body.
Yoga can easily be learnt in a course and will be helpful.

meticulous examination is required

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for reverting back and following assumption about your reports are noted:

1. High neutrophil (neutrophilia) can be due to simple condition like anemia or to some serious problem like malignancy or non infectious inflammation like gout (check with uric acid), glomerulonephritis, collagen vascular disease.

2. Low lymphocyte percentage means resistance to infection is low and the body is prone to tumor formation.

3. Although absolute monocyte count is not much low but repeated low count indicate bone marrow damage, likewise basophil count might suggest some leukemia/ inflammation (unless proved otherwise)

4. MCV (mean corpuscular volume) suggests anemia of chronic disease while low MCHC (mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration) means iron deficinecy anemia.

5. RDW is increased which means there is variation in shape of RBC

. PDW is increased so one has to find the causeof the same.

6. Low level of Apolipoprotein A1 means there is increased risk of heart disease, any kidney disease, uncontrolled diabetes, smoking?, overweight (present)

7. Low Iron level generally point toward inadequate dietary intake or malabsorption?

8. Since Iron is low, transferrin saturation will be low.(go for serum ferritin level)

PS. Check/Consult with a Hematologist for furhter necessary information since if he assumes the report of not much significance only then I'll be in a better position to comment on the subject.

Can you suggest some vitamins intakes with doses and some food supplement with their commercial names.
If you wish you can vitamins names with doses and food supplement names with doses and how far should we continues those prescribed vitamins and food supplements with appropriate doses?
if you can prescribe some medicines with doses and time limit, perhaps it will be helpful to us ?
SOMETHING IS HINDRANCE IN SUFFICIENT BLOOD FORMATION IRON DEFICIENCY INDICATES THAT?
caN YOU SUGGEST WHICH FOOD GRAIN SHOULD BE AVOIDED AND WHICH FOOD INTAKE WE SHOULD PREFER .
cERTAINLY THERE IS MAL ABSORPTION which prevents sufficient blood formation and that is why iron deficiency. PLEASE SUGGEST SOME STEP TO AVOID MALABSORPTION.
Presently i am taking 200mg soliam, rescue plus two times daily since I am a psychiatrist patient since long i.e about 15 years and also taking psychiatrist injection every 15 days to control my psychiatrist problems? Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for reverting back.

1. For Food supplement and vitamin I usually prescribe my patient the following combination:

a. Nutrilife powder: 2 table spoon full with milk (twice daily)

b. Nine-e-five: 1 XXXXXXX per day (in healthy subjects) and 2 per day (in disease patients) with 150-200 ml warm milk

PS. If interested I can courier you the said medicines (on discounted rates) from my side.

2. First check with a Hematologist to find out the true cause of Anemia (and if it comes out to be iron deficiency anemia due to improper nutrition) then

.Take: moong-masoor, white gourd, haldi, turnip, methi, carrot, banana, dates, garlic, lassi, dried ginger, amla, rice gruel.

Avoid: black gram,beans,citrus food/fruits, sesame,asafoetida,supari,mustard,alcohol, fish,excess water,day time sleeping,excess grief & anger.

3. To prevent malabsorption first check with a gastroenterologist for any pathology,if everything comes back normal then

.Takrarishta, chitrakadi vati, kutjarishta and jeerakadyarishta are helpful along with strict dietary regime.

4. Under no circumstances you should change/decrease/stop the psychiatric medicines by yourself without first consulting with your doctor.

PS. The above said medicines will not have any drug-drug interaction with your current prescription.
