Brief Answer:
Anemia/ iron deficiency and liver to be checked further

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX:

The higher liver and platelet parameters can have numerous reasons, like alcohol, toxis or inflammations like hepatitis. The low erythrocyte parameters indicate in most cases iron deficiency. In your case i would usually do further diagnostics, such as ultrasound of the liver to check for any liver process like inflammation or others. Furthermore i would determine the iron/ ferritin in blood and also potentially the hepatitis b/ c serology if there seems to be no other explanation of liver affection.

Please discuss this with your local doc,
