Brief Answer:
Deranged lipid profile

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The tests posted by you are SGOT, SGPT, triglycerides and total cholesterol.
SGOT and SGPT are liver enzymes.
They are used to assess the liver functions.
Any abnormality in their level reflects abnormality in liver functions.
The level of both SGOT and SGPT is below 40 IU/L.
There is a marginal increase in level of both the enzymes.
However, these levels do not signify any disease state.
Alcohol intake is the most probable cause of this increase.

The significant values are that of triglycerides (TG)- 380 mg/dl. which should be below 150 and total cholesterol which should be below 200 mg/dl.
Tgs and cholesterol are collectively called lipids.

You need to consult your physician for prescription of drugs which lower the levels of cholesterol and TGs.
Lifestyle modifications are also required which consists of reducing the intake of saturated fatty acids, reduction of fatty food items, increasing intake of fresh fruits, fiber and water in diet.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
