Question: Hi Doctor,
I'm 36 years old and IT professional, and more over I'm obesse. During my Immigration X-Ray Report Radiologist commented that, they noted Bilateral Diaphragmatic Humps. Kindly advise .

Read and understood your report.
It shows bilateral diaphragmatic humps.
The commonest reason can be fibrosis due to some old disease of lungs.
Another reasons can be enlarged liver and spleen pushing diaphragm up.
In some cases it can be idiopathic, meaning no specific cause found.

The confirmed diagnosis can be done only by CT scan of the lungs which includes upper abdomen too.
