Question: I have attached the PFT test report. I must agree that there were around 9 trials, and after that also technician was not satisfied. Probably I had difficulty in understanding, how to do it.However, I would like an analysis of the report. I am a non smoker and obese. Also, from last three months, I will have cough accumulated at the bottom of the throat, with some effort only little bit of the same will come out, and it never clears out completely.

Brief Answer:
You are having mild restrictive Airway defect.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the PFT report you have attached. Blood report pdf is not opening so not able to see it.
PFT report is suggestive of mild restrictive Airway defect. This is mostly due to obesity.
Excess body fat restrict expansion of chest and lungs.
So this kind of PFT values are common in obese patients.
So you should start loosing weight. Once you reach to BMI of 25 or less, this PFT values will be normal and you will be symptom free.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
