What Does This MRI Report Indicate?
Question: I would like some help interpreting my son's brain MRI results. He is 2yrs old.
The parts that concern me:
Slight prominence of CSF spaces
Mild FLAIR hyperintense signal adjacent to the occipital horns bilaterally and in the periatrial white matter.

Detailed examination, investigation is required to get a diagnosis.
Most likely the lesions are non progressive.

Thank you for your response. I also forgot to mention that the MRI states "slight underoperculization". I can upload the MRI reading if that will help you.
I was told that his MRI reading was "normal" and was giving no explanation or details about the findings. Would this reading be considered normal to you?
