I wrote you exactly what the report said. I only have a paper copy that my MD sent me for my records. I asked that you reply to my question. Which was the written report from the radiologist. So please respond to my question.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,

Thank you for reverting back.

Considering your reports and symptoms I will like to tell you that it shows degenerative disease and neural foramina narrowing , they havent mentioned anything about the nerve impingement which is the most important risk factor and could have necessitated surgical intervention.

The pain that you are having is due to facet joint arthroapathy and has to be managed conservatively . I have gone through the treatment modalities you are taking and I agree with it . One thing is that I will suggest you to take gabapentin and vitamin B 12 combination . It will help you greatly but you need to discuss once with your treating doctor before taking this.

Physiotherapy is the most important modality that will help you out in long term so continue with that. Any further concerns I will be happy to answer.

Take care.

Dr. Shruti
