Brief Answer:
Diagnostic hysterolaparoscopy required for evaluation of fallopian tubes

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for your query.

I have read you query and I understand your concerns about infertility.

Following is my reply:

1) Isaw the attahed HSG report showing category 1 tubes.

2) There is spillage but there is ampullary beading in both tubes showing possible unhealthy tubes.

3) Since you have not conceived for a year though everything is normal, there is possibility that tubes are unhealthy and needs to be evaluated further by diagnostic hysterolaparoscopy.

4) I suggest you undergo diagnostic hesterolaparoscopy at the earliest to identify tubal problems and the healthy status of the same.

I hope I answered you query and addressed your concerns.

Let me know if you wish to ask any further questions. I will be glad to help you.

Regards,
Dr. Mahesh Koregol.
