Brief Answer:
Hello dear. It is not uncomplicated, then it should heal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. I would like to know for what reason hemicolectomy was done. Iam afraid if It was done for cancer. So if the fistula has tumor cells or the diabetes is uncontrolled, then it will take longer than usual time to heal. If there are no tumor cells, or the diabetes is controlled, then it will heal.
Thanks and regards
