Question: I want to know what the doctor says as per the diagnastic report and I want to know what type of dices. What type of treatment is required?

You have not mentioned what symptoms you have and why was this scan done.
Looking at the CT scan report, it looks like there is probable gallbladder cancer.
It has to be removed surgically.
You can discuss with Dr.Kathiravan about getting it removed.

In addition you have the following issues -
1. Right kidney is scarred which needs evaluation by your physician/Nephrologist
2. Enlarged liver due to fat which can occur due to causes like alcohol intake, obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol etc.
3. A small defect in the abdominal wall causing hernia
