These are all different diseases and separate entities

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

Based on the information you have shared, it seems deficient and may need further details.

Sepsis is body repsonse to infection due to any source and in this case seems gall bladder to be partly causative which can be called as cholecystitis and is usually associated with sever abdominal pain and vomitings.

Swelling in adrenal may also be contributing but is unusual to be caused by inflammation so adrenal hormones evaluation and other supportive blood work up like electrolytes and sugar levels may be needed and dither work up to look for any adenoma or endocrine disturbance to be ruled out.

Congestive cardiac failure or CCF, is condition when heart can't pump enough blood forward and leads to back pooling causing generalised swelling in body and respiratory distress. It may be due to coronary artery disease that is CAD or due to structural heart diseases including valve problems etc. Hypertension is of course risk factor for both CCF and coronary artery disease.

For better control of all these conditions simultaneously patient needs indoor admission most of the times to optimise the general condition and for any related workup if needed. Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
