Brief Answer: REPORT NORMAL Detailed Answer: Dear XXXXXXX I am glad to hear from you again. Thank you for once more placing your trust and faith in my opinion. Congratulations ! Your latest ultrasound and Colour Doppler report is absolutely normal. The amniotic fluid is also improved and is in normal range, and the uterine artery parameters are also much better. You must have been very particular in your diet and medications, and I am very happy for this improvement. Please do continue taking the medicines without fail till term. What is your last menstrual period, and expected date of delivery that has been provided ? Please keep strict tabs on the fetal movements and do not fail to have weekly ultrasound and Colour Doppler scanning. Regarding the boils and loose motions, yes, most likely they are due to the medicines that you have been taking. Please take Sporlac Qik sachets twice a day for 5 days ( or Sporlac Plus tablets twice a day for 5 days ) Improve your daily intake of curd, yoghurt, buttermilk. Strictly avoid eating and drinking from outside, even water or juices. Consume simple, home made, fresh and hot meals. Instead of 2 - 3 big meals, have small scattered meals every 1 - 2 hours. Take lassi, chaas, nimbu pani, curd, yoghurt , fresh fruits very frequently. Avoid taking spicy and oily foods. If the loose motions and skin lesions do not improve within a few days, consult your doctor to rule out an infection. Again, am glad that you are back on track with regard to the baby. Continue taking due care, as you have a few critical days still to go ahead of you. All the best PLease feel free to discuss further anytime.
