Brief Answer:
Clinically normal urine report.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

I have read your query with attached urine report and understand your concern.

Your daughter's urinalysis shows a normal pattern of urine. You have nothing to worry about. Let me explain briefly what are the parameters showing.

Urine macros-copy shows the appearance of the urine viewed by free eye.

The normal appearance of urine is yellow color, transparency is slightly hazy which does not have any clinical significance.

Urine chemical: All the parameters are within normal range.

Microscopic: Shows the presence of white and epithelial cells which are normally seen and absent red blood cells.

My impression is that this pattern indicates a normal urinalysis with might be contamination of urine during its collection for which it's appearance has become slightly hazy.

My question is, what symptoms did your daughter has that your doctor ordered the urinalysis since she is being given cepdem antibiotic?

Hope this will answer your question and let me know your more query.
