Brief Answer:
You have infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query.

Based on the semen report that you have posted I would state that your Semen Analysis is well within normal range as for as of all the parameters like sperm count ,motility and morphology of the sperms is concerned .

However presence of 5-6 pus cells is strongly suggestive of infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate.

Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Doxicycline twice daily for one month and repeat seen analysis after one month to see the status of infection.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
