Brief Answer:
Bone age

Detailed Answer:
Good day,

Noted your concern. Saw the Xray, however, finger tips were not visible. From the carpel bone study, her bone age is between 13.5 years to 14 years ( approximate) . The epiphysis of radius and ulna are open, but almost fused. From the available picture, she has around 1 year of rapid growth and then 3-4 years of slow growth left. On average, they grow until 18-19 years. What is her height ( in centimeters )and weight, date of birth and parent's height ( in centimeter) ?

Regards
Binu

Brief Answer:
Good sleep, diet and exercise

Detailed Answer:
Her expected adult height is 165.21 +/- 10 cm. So the expected height range for her is from 155 cm to 175 cm. She is already 158.75. She will surely reach 165 + cm in height.

The Xray shows a bone age of 13.5 to 14 years. The bone age is not much delayed. ( delay of > 2 years is considered significant.

Please give her a diet rich in calcium and vitamin D. And she need sufficient exercise and good sleep at night ( 8 hours). Remember that most of the growth happen during sleep.
