Brief Answer:
You might have mild urinary infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.

1. RBC, Urine 2/HPF flag A
A normal result is 4 RBC/HPF (red blood cells per high power field) or less. More than 4 Red blood cells (erythrocytes) may be a sign of kidney disease, a blood disorder or another underlying medical condition. It is normal in your report.

2. WBC, Urine 7/HPF flag A
A normal result is 4 WBC/HPF (red blood cells per high power field) or less. Presence of more than 4 WBC in males in the urine indicate infection or inflammation in the urinary tract. You might be having an infection.

3. Epithelials, Urine 0.3/LPF flag A
A few epithelial cells from the bladder (transitional epithelial cells) or from the external urethra (squamous epithelial cells) can be found in the urine sediment. It is normal for you.

4. Hyaline Casts, Urine 0.3/LPF flag A
Casts are cylindrical particles sometimes found in urine that are formed from coagulated protein secreted by kidney cells. They are formed in the long, thin, hollow tubes of the kidneys known as tubules and usually take the shape of the tubule. Healthy people may have a few (0–5) hyaline casts per low power field (LPF). You have a normal value.

You have a mild infection and inflammation of the urinary tract. Please consult your doctor for treatment with antibiotics. You might drink lots of fluids and water and visit washroom regularly.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
