Question: I have typed my question several times with no response. Urinalysis leukocyte esterase urine Trace A with range negative. What does this mean to my health?

It indicates absence of UTI.

Hello
Thanks for query ,Based on the report of your urine analysis which is reported to be
leukocyte esterase urine Trace A with range negative indicates that there is no esterase in given urine sample .

Esterase is an enzyme present in White Blood Cells which is liberated when many WBCs are present in urine which get lysed (Destriyed) by bacteria causing UTI and detected in urine

Presence of esterase suggests UTI where as negative(Absence) of leukocyte esterase suggest absence of UTI.
