Brief Answer:
Its Urine Infection.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

There is no need to worry but you need medical attention. There are 3 abnormalities in your urine.

1. Protein --3+ : Indicates that there is a huge amount of protein leakage in your urine , if this continues you shall become protein depleted and that can cause other complications.

2. WBC - 10-20 with Leucocyte Esterase 3+ : Indicates that you are having Urine Infection .

3. Amorphous sediment -- Indicate some problem in kidney or stones in kidney.

Solutions : First we shall correct your Urine Infection and then repeat this urine test. If protein leakage is still present then we need to do additional tests.

For treatment of urine Infection get a test called Urine Culture sensitivity test, this test will show which is the right antibiotic for your urine infection. Use that antibiotic and repeat the urine test after 2 weeks .

Hope this information was useful to you .
Any clarification feel free to ask .

Regards.
