Brief Answer:
Findings may indicate persistent urinary tract infection(UTI).

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Sorry for replying late
I am aware of your previous findings.

Lipid level has been improved as compared to previous finding.

But,urine report shows more WBC and RBC in urine than the previous findings. It may indicate persistent urinary tract infection(UTI).

It is important to know symptoms like burning urination, increased frequency of urination etc.
As we discussed earlier, you may need culture and sensitivity of urine.
It is good that nitrite test is negative.

Vitamin level is also low.You may need calcium rich food and vitamin D supplementation.
You may need to take one tablet of vitamin D weekly for eight weeks then one tablet can be taken once in a month for six months.

You should also expose yourself to sunlight for 10 mins daily preferably in the morning.

Rest of the findings are normal.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
