I have gone through your reports.Semen analysis varies from lab to lab and person to person analysing it .
In this case ,there is signs of infection and decreased motility.So I suggest you to consult an XXXXXXX or urologist and get your genital system examined esply testis epididymis and prostate.If there is infection or varicocele,correcting that will improve your semen.
After that you can repeat it from a different lab.Feel free to ask your doubts with more details.

May i know the lab report finding and the summary of what these results mean.
