Colour: whitish
Reaction:Alkaline
Viscosity: Normal
Motility 80%
Active Motility: 50%
Sluggish Motility 30%
Non Motile : 20%
Morphology
Normal : 80%
Abnormal: 20%
Pin Head & long tail forms seen
Sperm Count: 65Millions/ML.

Thanks for your answer. So we are having a chance of conceive.
My doubt is that I cant able to ejaculate more volume of semen while doing intercourse with partner. Shall we conceive with the above results mentioned in question with less volume of semen

Your sperm count and quality of sperms are very fine. With above results of course you can conceive. You just need to take care that your ejaculation should be deep inside vagina and your wife should remain in supine position for at least an hour after ejaculation so that semen can reach deep in to cervix.
Also make attempt of sex after 3 days of abstinence around day of ovulation. This will allow more amount of semen accumulation in seminal vesicles. Garlic and cow milk-ghee are the products which can improve semen volume.
