Brief Answer:
Your Semen liquefaction time is abnormal (High)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for uploading your semen analysis report.

The report of your Semen analysis is almost normal in all respect as far as to sperm count , sperm motility and morphology of the sperm and other parameters are concerned.

However the liquefaction time is 120 minutes which is very high as compared to normal range of 30-45 minutes and presence of pus cells suggests infection .

You need to get your semen culture test done to trace out organism causing this infection and antibiotic to which they are sensitive to. So that you can take appropriate antibiotic as per culture report to eradicate the infection .

You will need to take antibiotic for 4-6 weeks .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .

Thanks and Regards.
