Question: Hi,
I am XXXXXXX my age is 33.
My semen analysis results are below:
Color:Gray
Volume 2.5ml
Ph 8.5
Motility-35%
Rate motility-2+
Sperm count-21 million
Round cells 2.0 mill/ml
Sperm morphology normal sperm -69%
please advice chances of me being father..

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is the stepwise reply

1. Your sperm count and morphology are normal.

2. Only your sperm motility is low.

3. This can be improved by having healthy diet and excercise regularly.

4. Stop smoking and alcohol if you have habit.

5. As of now there is no need of medicines like antioxidants.

6. Follow these measures and repeat the semen analysis after 3 months. There is likely to be improvement.

I don't drink and smoke..from the diet perspective is there anything specific which I should make part of diet.like any specific fruits or vegetables i should be having..kinky let me know.
