Brief Answer:
Semen infection is causing problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) There is infection in your semen which is leading to decrease in motility and mprphology.

2) You can see there are many pus cells ( 18-20 / HPF) which are leading to decreased motility and morphology.

3) Infection is also leading to increased viscosity.

4) Please get semen culture and sensitivity test done to know type organism infecting your semen. You can get antibiotics prescribed as per semen culture and sensitivity report.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.
