Brief Answer:
Ultrasound and doppler findings are not serious.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Ultrasound and doppler findings are not serious.

There is age-related atrophy.
There is a 6.3 cm simple cyst in the lower pole of right kidney. It is generally developmental and doesn't need any treatment. You may need yearly follow up ultrasound to assess the increase in size.

There is also a nonobstructing calculus in the lower pole of left kidney. It is not a very significant finding as you are asymptomatic. I'd advise drinking lot of water.

Other findings are almost normal. Mildly prominent collecting system is not a significant finding. It may be due to many causes.

In short, findings are not serious.

Abdominal swelling may be due to many causes(not necessarily due to the edema). You may need a clinical evaluation by your treating physician/surgeon and a few more routine investigations to look into it further.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
