Brief Answer:
High total cholesterol, triglyceride,LDL and so chol/hdl ratio.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Your HDL is very much normal but total cholesterol, triglyceride and LDL are elevated, therefore your chol/hdl ratio is also high which all need to be controlled.

Your blood pressure (130/86) is within normal limits.

Yes,you would require statins (rosuvastatin 5 mg as your doctor prescribed) which will reduce total cholesterol but along with it you should take fibrates (fenofibtare 100 mg) which will help to reduce serum triglycerides. You can discuss it to your treating physician regarding this.

Surbex gold is multivitamin and no issue to take it.

You should continue exercises which will also help to control this cholesterol.

Initial 20 minutes of walk goes in burning your sugar and then the fat start burning which should happen for another 20 to 25 minutes through a stable, moderate speed of 5 to 6 km/hour and then you will certainly see improvement in all your raised cholesterol.

Hope this answer will help you and need more clarification then feel free to ask.
