XXXXXXX was having a routine physical. He is 6 foot 2 and 148 pounds. He is tall and thin but always has been. He just graduated college and does not get much exercise. He does not live at home and I am sure does not eat well. I know he drinks a lot of soda and probably more alcohol than he should. My husband had high cholesterol and high blood sugar he takes medication for both.

Brief Answer:
There are a few things to consider

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back in detail.

Now I will come to His reports.
Blood sugar 100: well this is fine there is no abnormality in this reading It is neighter high nor too low so there is nothing to worry about this.

WBC: Normal WBC is 4 but even he is a bit at lower side that is not significantly low you dont have to be concerned about it either if all other blood works are normal.

Triglycerides: These are in a higher range , probably because if junk food intake and family hisotry but for this as well he doesn't need fi take any medication though he should check his oil intake avoid saturated fats, and switch to unsaturated ones. And those too in lowest quantity possible , better used un cooked.

He should indulge in some sports of gyming that will increase his Good cholesterol ( HDL) and will take care of his triglyceride. He should avoid red meat and junk. and take fruits and salads regularly. After taking all these measures he should get triglycerides rechecked in 2 months to see if things are getting better.

I would suggest you not to get anxious or much worried but positive changes in his lifestyle are suggested here.

Stay blessed.

Regards.
