Brief Answer:
Either resolving acute infection Or false positive test

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

In this scenario with Positive IgM Anti -HBc and all else negative i.e HBsAg and Anti- HBs, only 2 scenarios are possible i.e either false positve IgM Anti- HBc or resolving acute hepatitis B infection.

If you are correct then that is great either way. I show no immunity to it though and from my understanding if you have had it before you would show immunity unless it just isn't showing up for immunity yet. Thank you so MUCH!

And I can't be an acute infection sense I was vaccinated three and a half years ago

Brief Answer:
Possiblity of false positive Anti -HBc

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Most likely it would be a false positive Anti -HBc because you are already vaccinated wih hepatitis B vaccine and moreover a person would be seriously ill with symptoms during an acute hepatitis B infection so it cant be an acute infection. Anyways, do let me know whenever your lab confirms the result.
