What Does The Following Abdominal Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Question: I am 26 old , when I did ultrasound abdomen below impression are shown
. Bilateral renal calyceal few tiny echogenic areas likely calculi
. Left mild hydoureteronephrosis likely mid ureteric calculus.
I haven't any pain and always disturbing there like etching. What will I do doctor??
Is related to smoking and drinking?

Your ultrasound scan abdomen shows possibility of small stones in both kidneys and with a mildly swollen left kidney due to a likely stone in the ureter which is a tube connecting the kidney and urinary bladder.
Many people might not get pain when there are kidney stones.
This condition can happen if you do not drink adequate amount of water or if there is increased tendency to form kidney stones.
With your ultrasound report it is suggested to consult the urologist and get a CT scan KUB region to confirm number, size and location of stones.
Please try to drink 2.5 to 3 litres of water every day and go to washroom regularly.
It is not related to smoking. Binge drinking of alcohol can cause increased tendency of kidney stones.

My urine colour is dark yellow, in morning is it related to stone?
