What Does The Following HSG Test Report Indicate?

Question: our marriage has completwd 4 years but i m not still concieve. I had a fibroid o left side we operate it 6 month befor for starting ivf treatment dr suggest me to do hsg tesy. The repoet of hsg test are
Uterus is normal
Left fallopian tube appear normal
Left peritoneal spillage is seen
Righ Fallopian tube is not visualised s/ o cornual block
I have a prothombiosis history from last year
Can i take risk to do IVF

In IVF fertilization is done outside of body and fertilized egg is implanted in the Uterus.
Prothrombosis is not a contraindication of IVF.
But you need constant monitoring during pregnancy.
