Question: Hello Doctor. I was just given my ECG result thus:
HR 59/min
Intervals:
RR 1011/min
P -ms
PR -ms
QRS - 84 ms
QT 372ms
QTC 372ms
Axis:
P -
QRS -73
T -74
P(11). -mV
S (V1) -0.92mV. 5.70
R(V5) 1.27
Sokol. 2.75mV

Then this words written :
Abnormal Left deviation
Left Anterior Fascicular Block
QRS(T) Contour Abnormality

Consider inferior infarct

I don't understand . Please what is happening to me and what should I do.

Dear Sir,

From your ECG it seems the electrodes are not placed correctly, especially those on hands and on legs. I think your nurse has confused the electrodes.
I would advise you to repeat the ECG, and ask the nurse to be more attentive.
