Question: I did CT scan , where the report was found as fibrotic strands noted in the left apex.Fibrotic strands noted extending from right hilum to the right apex with the traction bronchiectasis

I can understand your concern.
Fibrotic strands are mostly seen due to previous lung infection.
Bronchiectesis is also a sequel after lung infection.
You might be having pneumonia or tuberculosis in the past which gives such fibrotic strands and bronchiectesis at present.
