Brief Answer:
you have sinustis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

From your Ct scan it looks like that you are having a sinusitis, that is swelling/inflammation of your sinuses.

The nose has a midline structure/bone called the septum and in your case it is deviated/bent to the right side

The nose also three swellings on each side called as turbinates namely the superior , middle and inferior turbinates and generally these are curved generally towards the center,

However in your case the curvature of the middle turbinate is towards the side.

In short there are few structural abnormalities in your nose along with inflammation of your sinuses,

These can cause headache , facial pain , nasal discharge and nasal block.

Please discuss this with your doctor , he will start you on a course of antibiotics and nasal sprays , which will give you relief.

Take care
