Brief answer....medicines as well as lifestyle changes are required
Detailed answer...
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
These erosions mean that protective layer inside of your stomach has been breached resulting in erosions as well as a small ulcer.
Treatment involves...
Quitting alcohol and smoking
Avoiding spicy ,fatty and oily foods
Eating bland diet at regular intervals and meal size should be small
Avoid coffee and tea.
De stress yourself by doing yoga, deep breathing and pranayama
Drink plenty of water
Do regular exercises.
Take a proton pump inhibitor like PANTOPROZOLE 40 mg one every day in the morning on empty stomach.
I hope it helps however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks

Hello Doctor,

Thank for the reply. I have few more concerns on regular diet

1) you said Avoid coffee and tea. can I have Green Tea Regularly ?
2) Is it good to have milk products like curd, butter milk, etc.
3) In one of the test report I saw my liver size is increased (160 mm). Do I have to take any remedies on this
4) you said to use PANTOPROZOLE 40 mg. Can I use this medicine along with the existing medicine mentioned earlier

Hello,
I will answer one by one.
1... You can take green tea.
2... You can butter milk and curd
3....Nothing special is to be done for liver.Lifestyle changes as mentioned above should make it all right.
4....NEXIUM and GANATON prescribed are enough and there is no need to take PANTOPROZOLE because both NEXIUM and PANTOPROZOLE belong to the same class of drugs called as proton pump inhibitors.
Thanks
