Thanks for query.Based on the reports of antenatal scan that you have posted your baby has been detected to have congenital P.U J obstruction of the Rt kidney causing dilatation of Renal pelvis.

During development of kidney and ureter the tube that drains urine from kidney to bladder consists of 3 different units and they join together to form a single tube called ureter .In one in thousand cases there is anomaly in joining of these three portions where the upper portion that is in the kidney fails to unite completely or unites partially causing the narrowing of the junction called Pelvi Ureteric Junction obstruction causing urine from that kidney to get transmitted to bladder and gets accumulated in Renal Pelvis causing dilatation of renal pelvis which becomes bigger than normal .

There is no immediate risk to the life of baby .But has to be investigated in first few weeks after birth and has to be operated to restore the continuity of the ureter so that urine from the kidney will drain down in to bladder .
