Operative treatment is patellectomy.

Hi

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query including MRI report and understand your concern. You are having patellofemoral osteoarthritis. Its medical Treatment is glucosamine and Diacerine. Analgesic such as ibuprofen is useful for pain relief. If pain is not relieved by ibuprofen then you can take tramadol. Quadriceps exercises are helpful. You can opt for operation if medical treatment doesn't relieve pain. Operative treatment is patellectomy. It will relieve pain. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
