Brief Answer:
Surgery will help you.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
A stress fracture with hip impingement will cause the hip bones to rub against each other and cause damage to the joint. The pain and restriction of movement will gradually increase. Rest and anti inflammatory medicines will only give a short term relief and cannot prevent the further progression of the problem.
Specific exercises can improve the range of motion in your hip and strengthen the muscles that support the joint. This can relieve some stress on the injured labrum or cartilage.
If the pain is persistent and the restriction of movement is present even after medicines and regular exercise then arthroscopic surgery is the best option to improve the quality if life. Your treating surgeon can decide the best for you after assessing the response to medicines.
I hope this answers your query.
