What Does The MR-Brain Findings Indicate?

Question: My sons MR-Brain Findings: T1 and T2 images show mild prominence in the lateral ventricles without shift.
Does this mean he could have had a mild concussion? The test wasn't done till 18 days after he got hurt.

Mild prominence of lateral ventricles can be a normal physiological finding.In absence of any symptoms of raised intracranial pressure like headache,vomiting or vision loss,this finding has no clinical correlation and has to be taken as insignificant.

It is not related to or not due to concussion.
