Brief Answer:
I'm waiting for your ECG to be uploaded.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

From the data you provided you shouldn't worry to much. There's only an intra-atrial conduction delay characteristic for first degree atrio ventricular block. This is a benign and non worrisome thing in most of cases.

However I would like to see the image of ECG to give you a more accurate opinion. Can You upload the ECG image for me?

I'm waiting for your ECG to be uploaded.

Brief Answer:
Following answer to your query.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

After reviewing your ecg I can confirm that, apart from first degree atrioventricular block, there's no other abnormalities.

First degree atrioventricular block may have been caused by :
- Medication you're taking
- heart disease
- systemic disease

This is why it's important to run the following examinations to find out what have caused it:
- cardiac echo
- holter monitoring
- blood work
- stress test

Wish you health!
Dr. Shehu
