Brief Answer:
We need to rule out vascular occlusions of the retinal blood vessels.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history and the previous questions asked to Health care Magic.

Sudden painless onset of blurring of vision persisting for more than 12 hours usually indicate problems involving the blood supply of the retina in the form of retinal artery or retinal vein occlusion.
If the blurring of vision is intermittent then indicates transient ischemic attack.

Since you give history of stroke previously the same factors responsible for strokes like atherosclerosis, emboli can be the cause for this.

Hence this requires examination of the retina by ophthalmologist by indirect ophthalmoscopy. After confirming the diagnosis the next plan of treatment has to be decided.

Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist at the earliest and write back to me with the report and few more details like
Whether the blurred vision was sudden in onset?
Painful or painless?
Whole of the visual field is affected or whether it is limited to part of the visual field?

Hope this answers your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
With regards
