What Does Red Bump On Penis Tip Indicate?
Question: I have a red bump on the tip of the meatus of my penis. It is slightly tender. not warm or inflamed at the surrounding site and there is no discharge. I'm concerned that I may have an STD, but the last contact i had was 2 months ago oral sex. I've done some searching and found a similar case in a forum and that suggested it could be balantis.

I've noticed today what feels like a very small amount of discharge. It is mostly a feeling of the tip of my penis sticking to my underwear and there are some small smudges on the inside of my underwear. I don't see any active discharge when I inspect the tip of the penis but it feels similar to after I've ejaculated and small amounts of semen still come out and stick to my underwear. Should I be concerned about this? It doesnt smell or look purulent at all
