Brief Answer:
Report is normal

Detailed Answer:
Dear

Thanks for posting your query.

In males presence of pus cells up to 5-10/hpf is considered normal.

Presence of epithelial cells is indication of sample contamination and does not carry much importance.

According to the details shared your urine report is normal.

If still have some questions please write with some more details like why this was done, what is your complain etc.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

Dr.Pragnesh
