Question: i use a urinal a minute ago I used it and noticed my urnine real milky looking I let it set and it cleared up with a white looking setiment at bottom of urinal

Hi,
I assume you are hale and healthy with no chronic diseases.
I guess you seem to have released some prostatic secretions. The other possibility is seminal vesicle fluid. Both of these are whitish to thick looking.
You should confirm these by getting urine microscopy. If there is more protein in the urine it can look whitish as well. In such a case more investigations need to be done.
