What Does Presence Of Blood Tinged Lining In Stool Indicate?

Question: i have wierd things in my stool..when it first stated it looked like maybe a tomato peeling off a tomato but i hadnt et in tomato's now they things are getting larger and i have washed them off and let them dry.when i try to tare it apart its hard to tare..feels lik e beef jerky when i try to tare it..is there anyway the lining from ur intestines can pass thru your stool...thats what it makes me think of when i see it..like i said the things are getting much larger and thicker now..this has been going on for a while
