Question: Hi I vomited this morning and towards the end of it there was some small spots of blood in the vomit and my throat now hurts a lot and I'm having diarrhea very often today and I'm tired afterwards. Keep in mind I have not vomited in a long long long long time. I also have a headache right now am overweight and have been having tooth pain.

This blood comes from throat for sure. Blood from stomach is dark.
Your symptoms are most likely due to gastrointestinal infection. I suggest you to start probiotic intake, drink lots of fluids and avoid solid foods for next 12 hours.
