Question: ultrasound says placenta lies posterior, Grade one...what does that mean any worries?

It means that placenta is absolutely normally positioned and developed for this week of pregnancy and you dont have to be worried. Baby weihht is bit lower than average but still not critical and just regular follow up is neccessary. Baby will reach normal weight till birth unless some rare complications occur.
