Brief Answer:
Temperature is normal but you seem to have some Infection.

Detailed Answer:
HI Mr. XXXXXXX

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

First of all a temperature of ( 98.6 -- 99.3 ) is normal . A temperature of 99.5 degree Farenheit or more is considered as fever. So as of temperature is concerned you don't have fever.

But we need to address your other problems of Neck pain , leg pain and tiredness. I went through your reports and found the following abnormalities.

Serum Uric Acid Elevated, SGPT slightly elevated.

Total Cholesterol, Triglycerides , VLDL elevated.

Total Leucocyte Count is elevated : This indicates you are having infection and could be the reason for your feverishness and body pains. You need to undergo certain more test to check what kind of infection you are having. ( what I have noticed is you have undergone a Health check up package , these kind of package looks for general body health and not for causes of fever or body pains)

My recommendation to you is to get the following tests done and revert back.

IgM Typhi Dot Abs, ESR, CRP, ANA, RA Factor, Chest X ray, Serum Vitamin D3 levels.

For your elevated Triglyceride levels you need to get started on Fenofibrate medicines and follow low cholesterol diet. Kindly get a prescription from your doctor.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .

Regards.
